Boston Film Academy – Refund Policy and Enrollment Terms

‍By enrolling your child in Boston Film Academy (“BFA”) workshops, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Enrollment
• Full tuition payment is due at the time of enrollment to secure a student’s spot.
• Spaces are limited to a maximum of 12 students per workshop.

2. Refund Policy
• Cancellation more than 7 full days before the first session: full refund.
‍• Cancellation less than 7 full days before the first session or after the workshop begins: no refund.
• If BFA must cancel an entire workshop due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, all tuition will be fully refunded.

3. Attendance & Make-Ups
• BFA does not offer refunds or make-up sessions for individual absences.
• In the event of instructor illness or facility closure, BFA will offer a prorated refund.

4. Conduct & Dismissal
• BFA reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior endangers themselves, others, or the learning environment.
• In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
